.. I felt the smoker final temp would be too low for a good test....
... after ~17 min temp had dropped ~11 deg... Should start up now with
.... the adjustment...
... temp rising with the adjustment to ~50...
... Temp leveling out nicely....
.. 18 minutes later, temp has risen about 1 deg...
Just a reminder, the element has not turned off during this test.....
