I have a propane smoker, an electric smoker, 2 amazn smoke trays, 2 x 5 pound stuffers, a slicer, vacuum sealer and just ordered a grinder.

My next purchase will be a refrigerator to convert into a curing/fermentation chamber.

Have the inkbird controls, and humidifier.

in addition to the fridge, need a small fan, small heater and possibly a small humidifier...

hopefully by this fall.

Can't wait!
