Eggs???

Most of the Small Town Bars around my Home Town had a Gallon Jar of Pickled Eggs either on or behind the bar, as far back as I can remember.

2 eggs a pigs foot and 4 beers. Traveling mans dinner. Did that more times way back then than I can remember. B
 
Depends...for large gatherings or people I don't know well, yes.
For myself and other culinary adventurers I've mixed in all kinds of wierdness...My usual "go to" difference is to sprinkle some BBQ rub on them instead of the normal paprika most do.
 
Yeah man, I love Tony's on mine too...just something a little out of the ordinary.
I've used cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, horseradish sauce, chili sauce, guacamole, jalapenos, kimchi, spinach dip, powdered soup and dressings mixes, smoked fish..you name I've tried it in the yolk mixture.
The ideas are pretty endless.
 
I bet! I'll have to try some of that when my ten year old is a little older. Deviled eggs are her favorite but she likes them simple. It's actually the only thing she'll eat with mustard.
