Morning SMF peeps! Scored some St Louis cut ribs at the local Brookshire's a while back @ @2.29/lbs so Sunday was the day for ribs!

Loaded the Yoder with LJ Apple Blend pellets & fired it up!
Quick rinse, minimal trim & membrane removed
Light coat of mustard and Blues Hog Original rub
Into the Yoder @ 275°

5 1/2 hours later it's getting the look! Quick wrap in foil and another 30 minutes in the Yoder @ 275°

They were perfect! I'm telling you ribs don't get no better than this!
I hope everyone had an awesome week and keep those smokers smoking!

Almost as good as an orgasm... ain't it ... (reminder of the first word in this statement) ...
LMAO I could not agree more!

Many years ago I was into skydiving. For about an 8 year span, if I wasn't at work I was jumping out of an airplane somewhere. During that time I amassed over 1400 jumps.
To this day it was the most fun I've ever had with my cloths on! :emoji_grimacing:

Thanks to everyone for the likes and the kind words.

Ribs make me happy :)

Those look wonderful Randy. Love the first shot , all that red coating from
the Blues Hog I bet tasted good

Like I say any day with ribs on the menu is a good day for me.

Yeah David that's a really good rub. Something different about it but I like it. It does give a beautiful color too.
