Good meat.  A rib roast can be good without smoking.  But that kitchen is awesome.  Probably too big for me, I would get lost in there.  LOL

I gotta say, tho, that the attention to detail and the look of that kitchen is awesome.

That kitchen is also about 3 times as big as my kitchen.

A big kitchen isn't needed for great food, but they do some big shindigs there a few times a year.
