Why cant they make all the holes the same size? Now i gotta go buy 3/4" plugs

They do make boxes with the same size holes. They even make them with no holes on top (much harder to find though) I don't know why and it has never made since to me, but there is never enough closures in the box.

The top controls in the fridge.

Temp dial

Light switch

Condenser fan switch

I probably wont use the light much. Guessing the temp knob needs to be on 7 and thinking the digital control will over ride the fan switch if i leave on?

If y'all know about this....Jump on in and learn me

So what ever happened to this build? I am curious what the lamp sockets were for? A friend of mine is giving me a small fridge and I'm looking into how to build a curing chamber.

Heat lamp sockets are for fermentation used in conjunction with the heat controller.

Heat controller. Lamp plug piggybacks off controller plug.

Thanks! I will probably do that. Just something I'm kicking around right now after looking at all your sausage and stuff it really got me to thinking about this. I'm in no hurry but when I start getting it together I'm sure I will be asking for some of your expertise! Thanks!
