Drums & Thighs @ The Bear Den
Mrs Bear wanted some Chicken, but didn’t want any Smoke this time.
So she got these “Perdue” Drums & Thighs at “Giant” for $0.77 per pound.
Then I put some Rub on the Thighs (for Bear), and no Rub on the Drums (for Mrs Bear).
Then they went into the oven @ 350° for about 45 minutes.
Then I put Mrs Bear’s BBQ sauce on her Drums, and some Mopar Hemi BBQ sauce on my Thighs, while I flipped them over a few times on my Weber “Q”.
On the side we had Mrs Bear’s favorite “Peas”, and Mashed Taters with Cream of Chicken Soup as Gravy.
Last but not least, we finished another small loaf of Blueberry Zucchini Bread for dessert. I got my favorite end piece!!
Thanks for stopping by,
Bear
