Dreamin' of smokin'

New member here, reside in NE Florida.  Completely new to the smoking world.

My research on Kamado style grill/smokers led me here.  I'm hoping to have the budget soon to plop down for either a Primo Oval XL or a Kamado Joe Big Joe.

Until then I'll be lurking on here looking for tip and techniques as well as a recipe or two.

Thanks guys, much appreciated.

I spent some time today browsing somewhere in the forums.  Found lots of good rub recipes and a carolina mustard sauce that looked good.  Can't wait to try that one out, I love mustard based sauces.
