This is a recipe from Dr BBQ'S Big Time BBQ Cookbook
Brisket Curry
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion chopped
1 ½ pounds (3 cups)ground smoked brisket
2 teaspoons curry powder(imported from India preferred)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Two 15-ounce cans tomato sauce
2 cups unflavored yogurt
Cilantro sprigs for garnish
Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat and sautÃ[emoji]169[/emoji] the

Cover the mixture ans simmer for 1 hour. Remove the mixture from

I also like a side of rice to put my curry over.
