This is a recipe from Dr BBQ'S Big Time BBQ Cookbook

Brisket Curry

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion chopped
1 ½ pounds (3 cups)ground smoked brisket
2 teaspoons curry powder(imported from India preferred)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Two 15-ounce cans tomato sauce
2 cups unflavored yogurt
Cilantro sprigs for garnish

Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat and sautÃ[emoji]169[/emoji] the
Onion until soft, about 3 minutes. Add the Brisket, curry powder,
Cumin, garlic powder, coriander, allspice, ginger, and tomato sauce.
Cover the mixture ans simmer for 1 hour. Remove the mixture from
The heat and stir in the yogurt. Garnish with cilantro and serve.


I also like a side of rice to put my curry over.
 
don't get me wrong thats probably a very nice curry but its a lot different to the way we or i make a curry, but hey variety is what its all about .there are millions of varients in curry or curried meals .a bit like chilli i suppose there are hunderds of them too.
