This is a recipe from Dr BBQ'S Big Time BBQ Cookbook

Brisket Curry

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground ginger
Two 15-ounce cans tomato sauce
2 cups unflavored yogurt
Cilantro sprigs for garnish

Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat and sautÃ[emoji]169[/emoji] the
Onion until soft, about 3 minutes. Add the Brisket, curry powder,
Cumin, garlic powder, coriander, allspice, ginger, and tomato sauce.
Cover the mixture ans simmer for 1 hour. Remove the mixture from
The heat and stir in the yogurt. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

I also like a side of rice to put my curry over.
don't get me wrong thats probably a very nice curry but its a lot different to the way we or i make a curry, but hey variety is what its all about .there are millions of varients in curry or curried meals .a bit like chilli i suppose there are hunderds of them too.
Looks good Theresa!
Gotta try that!
