Down home comfort food! Smoked Meatloaf

Been to flat broke to fire up the smoker for a few weeks, but finally got around to it.

Just a quicky meatloaf and some mashed taters, enjoy!

Ah, Johnny!  A man after my own heart.

Meatloaf and mashed taters and gravy would make a meal for me, provided there were at least seconds.  The only vege I would even think of adulterating that meal with might be an ear or two of corn on the cob at this time of year.

I really like your idea of the big first portion of mashed taters and gravy. Except there was room on the plate for more taters.

I think I gained weight just looking!
