Man I do love split pea soup!! Ham looks great. I have yet to double smoke a ham. I need to get that on the menu soon!

Great looking ham. My wife turned me on to ham salad 30 years ago. Now we slice some of the ham and store it so we can get to the ham salad. LIKE

Thanks Glenn for the like and compliment. The portion of the ham being used for salad and soup is getting larger and larger with each ham I smoke. My wife never had ham salad before I started making it. Now that shes has been converted the salad is disappearing quicker and quicker.
