It was a beautiful day saturday decided to smoke a 10lb bavarian ham. Scored it and rubbed it with a little yellow mustard. Dry rubbed with some salt pepper garlic powder all mixed with pineapple juice. Studded it for fun! Made a pinapple glaze with my bbq sauce mixed with pinapple preserves and some brown sugar and honey. It was excellent!
