Wasn't a sprial ham thou. It was a butt ham.

Does it need to go to 140? I was gonna pull out at 130.. Is that safe?

Is it fully cooked? I would think it is.

Mine said could eat hot or cold. It was fully cooked. I went to 140 and it got cold quick.
