With zucchini like that, I'd consider using one for a center slice in that sammy.

I'd also consider dropping the bread altogether for those zucchini and making it a fork&knife sammy.

The best & easiest thing to do is get the cheapest Cooked & Smoked Ham at the store, and Double smoke it, like I do. It Cheap, Easy and Tastes Awesome!
