OK yesterday I asked my self what would it be like to eat the trinity of BBQ meats all at once? What would chicken, beef and Pork be like all at once? Well never one to ponder a question i set myself out on a mission to figure it out.
I started out with some chicken thighs....
De-boned and took the skin off
Trimmed them all up fat and all
Got some beef sausage
Trimmed it up
Needed some pork
Made a pocket
Filled the pocket
Rubbed down
Did I mention Bacon?
One Hour Later
Working on my glaze
Yumm.....
