Doing my First Meat Loaf

OK guys I'm trying my first meat loaf and decided to use Jeff's recipe for a beef meat loaf. I only made one modification and added a finally chopper jalapeno.

Well I have to say it was OK, but for some reason it was a bit mushy.

So at this time I need to tweak it a bit and see if I can get it firm up more.
