I added some accents to the rig for the competition.

This is what it looks like at night. The white is the laterns that run on its propane system. The blue is real.

And so now I can put the hog on with it style!

So now its an all nighter to get the hog done for the homeless people. Plus I get to practice the final injection mix.

3:30 am holding 225 F adding fuel and two more sticks of hickory. Looking good so far.

Rain has turned to snow.... seems that the cooker stays warm in the snow than in the rain. Rain must remove the heat better when in contact with the steel? Have to look that up.

5:30 another 20 pounds of oak and one stick of hickory.

Looks good Bob both the lighting and the hog! Now you need to add a sound system to it with some nice Bose outdoor patio speakers and a radio/cd player to entertain the folks

Like to see my fellow coloraden taken charge! Great way to work a passion into helping others. Night lights on the rig are pretty cool. Hope to see it at one of the comps this year.
