Dogs, Kraut, Fries, & Sausage (AirFryer Included)
Here’s a couple things I enjoyed over the last few cold PA days.
I wanted to use my AirFryer a couple more times, before I up the usage of my Smoker & Grill in the nicer weather that’s on its way.
I love me some Pan Fried Kraut Dogs, and the Fries in the AirFryer are really Great, without using a bunch of oil.
As for the Sausages—The AirFryer has become my favorite way to make them:
Whenever I made Sausage on the Grill, I had trouble getting the inside done, without burning the outside. I used to get them partially done, and then slice them almost in half, and lay the inner side down on the grill to finish.
When I made them in the Frying Pan, they would splatter the whole place up.
However when I make them in the AirFryer, all I do is spread them out in the Basket, and set it for 360° for 14 minutes. Then at 7 minutes, I pull the drawer out & flip them all over. Put it back in & it starts up right where it left off. Then at the end of 14 minutes, they’re Perfectly done, inside & out—No burning & No splatter.
Thanks for stopping by,
Bear

Then I squirt a lot of Yellow Mustard on a couple of Dog Rolls:
Then some Kraut on each, a couple Dogs, add the Fries, and I’m good to go!!!
Then Another Night’s Supper:
I put 6 Sweet Italian Sausages in my AirFryer @ 360° for 14 Minutes:
Get my Roll ready, including some Sweet Pepper strips:
Sausages are Done Perfectly in the AirFryer:
Sausage added to complete my Sammy:
