Dog House Burgers

well keeping with my normal tradition, I pissed the warden off again and figured it best to cook dinner while she was out. its raining and windy didn't want to sleep outside again tonight. Started with 2 pounds of lean ground beef i had butchered from the beef I raised. Seasoned the beef with some Rub. Formed 5 patties and stuffed each with a couple hunks of cheese.

It was raining and wind blowing pretty hard here today so the Webber got the call.

Sliced some onions and grilled them in a CI skillet in bacon grease. Follows by mushrooms. Cooked up some artichokes too and she loves them. She is watching calories hehehe. So I used lettuce instead of buns.topped the burgers with bobs thousand island dressing. Wow. Anyway thanks for looking.
