's cook https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/threads/basic-beef-ribs.308686/, I knew that I had some in my freezer and decided to smoke them the same way. I followed his recipe with the exception of the rub, I used a KC style BBQ rub, and smoker, I used my old Oklahoma Joe offset stick burner.

Mashed potatoes made with Yukon Golds and frozen mixed vegetables. I haven't looked for these ribs in the store, mine came from boning out a couple of rib roasts, but I will be on a mission to find some.
