...my turn now. It's been many, many years since I've cooked beef back ribs except for using them in soup. But after reading and watching disco disco 's cook https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/threads/basic-beef-ribs.308686/, I knew that I had some in my freezer and decided to smoke them the same way. I followed his recipe with the exception of the rub, I used a KC style BBQ rub, and smoker, I used my old Oklahoma Joe offset stick burner.

Not many pictures, but here they are...

Mashed potatoes made with Yukon Golds and frozen mixed vegetables. I haven't looked for these ribs in the store, mine came from boning out a couple of rib roasts, but I will be on a mission to find some.

Thank you all for the kind words, but all the credit goes to Disco. I was not surprised, but was surprised a little at how good these were and if I can find these ribs, they'll be on my list going forward.

Beef ribs have become a favorite around here, and for good reason. Those look fantastic. Very nice job.

Very nice looking ribs. I love plate and back ribs. I have some nice extra meaty CPB back ribs in the freezer that need to get smoked up real soon!

Very nice work there! I keep beef ribs a secret in our parts cause I buy most of them...lol!

thanks for the props!
