I HAVE A Dinex IRAC15 Air Curtain Refrigerator THAT I WANT TO MAKE INTO A SMOKER. NEED INFO FOR DIRECT FIRE SINCE BELOW IS 12 /34 H X 29 DEEP X 18 1/2 W... AND HOW TO VENT SMOKE OUT... HERES A PIC OF UNIT... THANK YOU SO MUCH
