    Hi guys, Im having a crisis. So her it is.

    Ive been craving a good hamburger, so I swing by Costco on my way home and picked up a whole top round, a brisket flat and some short rib. As I slid into home, dreaming about the juicy heaven on a bun to be,  I saw a box was delivered. It said "Open immediately, Live seafood" That's when it hit me, I did a favor for someone and they reciprocated with 4 live Maine Lobsters.

    Now I have to choose! Fresh ground burgers or Lobster and drawn butter.

    Oh the humanity...

    The Burger will wait 'til tomorrow. It would be Lobster Night here...JJ

    Lobster first unless you got your own storage tank.
  4. You don't have to choose. Do some sliders as an appetizer and then the lobster for the main course!

    Cook the burgers and send me the lobsters....problem solved!!

    Forgive me father for I have sinned. My sin is gluttony. 

    I boiled the lobsters and grilled some sliders. If it wasn't for the drawn butter and the onion buns, I might have been able to convince myself it was an Atkins diet dinner.

    Im sorry guys, but it just wouldn't be right of me to subject you to the horrid screams of these succulent buggers as they jumped it to the pot. 

    I know, I know, big of me right?
