    Worked out nice. I took it out in the stall and finished or in the slow cooker.
    Onion garlic and carrots.. bit of water.
    7 hours Apple chunks. 235-250.

    I used the other smoker the next day. Did some Canadian Bacon and 3 batches of jerky.

    looking good I just did my first batch of cb and loved how it turned out wont ever buy it in the store again

    The English roast is just smashing mate! The CB looks delicious also. I believe you are the most frequent inclement weather smoker on this forum.;)

    ECB ran hot using the minion and intake dampers shut down.. I didn't use any deflector or water bowl.

    Ain't winter wonderful?? I was home on the weekend, smoking Apple Pie Filling Pork Tenderloins in a snow storm. Lucky me though--didn't have to dig the MES out.
