Worked out nice. I took it out in the stall and finished or in the slow cooker.
Onion garlic and carrots.. bit of water.
7 hours Apple chunks. 235-250.

I used the other smoker the next day. Did some Canadian Bacon and 3 batches of jerky.You are more dedicated (or hungry:) than I! Great looking meal!

ECB ran hot using the minion and intake dampers shut down.. I didn't use any deflector or water bowl.The English roast is just smashing mate! The CB looks delicious also. I believe you are the most frequent inclement weather smoker on this forum.;)

Ain't winter wonderful?? I was home on the weekend, smoking Apple Pie Filling Pork Tenderloins in a snow storm. Lucky me though--didn't have to dig the MES out.
