Did meat for family get together so did Tri-Tip Ribs and sausage with Q

Dry brine with salt for a couple hours then a light rub on to the grill with the wrapped ribs.

Pulled at 145 then seared on flat top with butter.

All finished up also did ribs and a Hawaiian sausage grilled and cut up as an appetizer
