thinking about getting a digital four probe thermometer for the mes 140 ! does anyone have any sugestions or recomendations ? something reasonably priced

The InkBird 4 probe thermometer works well. I used mine many times with no issues. Has a good phone app to.

Gotta put a plug in for Fireboard. You get six probes, wifi, bluetooth, charting, etc. A bit more expensive than some of the others but the quality of construction and extra features make it a good value IMO.
