Another update and slight change. I was making a 1/2 batch since I only had enough chex for it. I was grabbing the chocolate chips out of the cupboard and saw a large container of honey. I added around 4 tablespoons to the half batch and am loving it.
I have been using a lot less powdered sugar. I add a little and mix adding just enough to keep them from sticking together.
