Delayed Fathers’ Day for the Bear (On 4th of July)
Well things got a little messed up here, but it all ended Well:
Bear Jr had a Bad Cold over Fathers’ Day weekend, so he postponed my Dinner, because he didn’t want his Dad to catch his cold.
Then a week later Bear Jr’s Wife went to Williamsburg & Busch Gardens with her Mom & Brother & his Kids for a week, so that was another delay.
So finally on the 4th of July the promised Ribeye Dinner for the Bear took place.
We made the long trip down the Driveway to Bear Jr’s house, and I found Bear Jr on the back deck, getting ready to put the Ribeyes on his Big Green Egg.
He did a fine job on them, and then threw some Shrimp on the Egg too.
While he was doing those things, I managed to snap some Pics of his Deck & Back Yard, for you guys.
Then we drifted inside, and the 4 of us sat down to a Perfect meal, consisting of Grilled Ribeyes, Grilled Shrimp, Roasted Taters & Corn, followed by Cherry Cheesecake (No Pics).
I took a Doggie Bag home & had two more nights of Great Leftovers. (below)
