I just purchased a longhorn smoker. I am interested in addressing the air leak concerns as well as installing a baffle to help control heat more precisely in the smoke chamber. I need a source for the deflector or a picture of one as I have access to a machine tool shop. I would also like to secure a heat resistant gasket to place between the firebox and smoke chamber and would like to know what type of material to use for that.
