I get so mad when my meat stalls. It seems that no one knows why we have the phenomona. I hate it. So today, I put a CB in the oven to have for sammies Done in 3 hrs. Smoke a CB for my strami; 10 hours and still chugging along. I know that the results will bMES is ho;dimg temps beautifule great. But. that stupid stall is frustating.
