Sigh. Well happy to report that the chuckie is fine, just stuck in an extra long stall this evening- on the plus side I am pretty happy that I can just change the temp on my pigeon (like a nano q) and cranked it up to 295.  Will be eating a bit late, but tossed some ABT's on to hold us over until the chuckie gets pulled.

I'm sure the wait was worth it and ABT's are a great 'while you're waiting' choice!  Did you get any Qview of the finished products?
