I want to get one that would fit my green egg tabletop and use it in place of the existing insert. Do I just need to PM you the dims? I like to support the guys on here when I can and I think it would be a nice addition.
Yes! Please pm me the info. We can discuss this.

I use it to do finger grabs , but easily adapted to do a prep tray .
Just have to have a template that matches the size of the tray .

You can also look at the big box store . Just be careful buying without seeing , because some of it is not rigid enough .

This is what I bought . I adapted my router table to the 12 X 12 size , so I can hang it in the table .

I've seen the templates.
I bought some templates , but ended up making my own from them . It's a bitch really . You need at least 3/4's on the template , and the bought ones are thin . Really need to hog out the middle area to use them . It's a messy SOB . Lol .

Lol! Ok. Thanks for the info. I do have some 1/4" lexan in the shed.

Hey chopsaw chopsaw I ordered these two bits:

And I finally ordered a juice groove jig. Thought about making one. But went that route instead.

Nice . Now depending on what you're going to do , you'll need a base that spans the mortise you want to do . I made one out of 3/4 " particle board . You'll need that thickness to catch the bearing . I'm using double stick tape to hold it in place .

Boy , I like that Juice groove bit . I'm using a cheap box core bit .
Doesn't make a good cut on the bottom , or that slight round over .
I'll need to get one of those .

finally ordered a juice groove jig.
Go to school with it , and practice !!

Multiple shallow cuts , and try to avoid the urge to go one more time .
" Maybe a bit deeper " turns into " dammit !"

Biggest thing is if the guide is on the outside of the cut , your direction is clockwise .

Guide to the inside of the cut , direction is counterclockwise .

I jumped on Amazon awhile back and bought a bunch of parts .

Made a leg taper jig for the tables I make , after I had a leg come off the saw and smoke me in the chest .
I can run this one one handed . Safe and no worries .

Currently working on a sub top with channels , so I can do setups for different things , like grooves .
