Custom pellet Blend Poll

If you were to only be able to use a pellet blend consisting of 3 woods forever, what blend of woods would you choose and why?

What I currently use. Pitmaster's Choice, 1/3 each Hickory, Maple and Cherry. Hickory for it's flavor, Maple for sweetness and Cherry for the mahogany color...JJ
