helo iam to this forum i live in australia i want to start curing hams & bacon i want to this for a hobbie also i would like smoke the end product our temp rangers in winter to summer 8deg to 40 deg cellisus i canot find any thing about curing salt or where to buy it here & is temp to high wood i have fridge every thing can any one help thank you
