I think there is some confusion here . Not sure what you are trying to make

I just wanted to know if I had to add salt, and sugar amounts to the AC Legg #10 because I didn't want it to be real salty. Thank you guys so much!
Glad you got your answer . Easy answer if we knew you had an AC Leggs mix .
Don't me afraid to ask , but the directions should be on the bag .
 
You wont need any extra salt or sugar with the AC Leggs mixes.

The amount of salt & sugar in the cure 1 is not enough to make your sausage salty. If your making a homemade mix like the Poli recipes then Yes you will need to add salt and or sugar. Most pre mixes are already to go.
