Had a recipe for a "cuban" style marinade pop up on my facebook feed, figured it sounded good. Combine it with good smoke flavor, even better right? Ended up with a couple small pork loins, probably 5.5 pounds total. Marinaded them overnight and threw them on the smoker about 1ish this afternoon. Smoked with hickory and apple at 250° or so for just shy of 4 hours. Ended up pretty darn tasty. The marinade complimented the smoke, just really tasted god. A couple of baked potatoes to go with it, and now I am stuffed. Along with the rest of the family.
