This is just starting. Pit temp around 220


This is about 2 hours in



I'm at around 3 hours now and internal of 155. Not sure when to stop. They don't feel very tender to a probe. Just brushed with BBQ sauce and orange marmalade. Pit temp now at 265. Probably going to pull them soon.
