CSR's On The Kettle !!

[Rafter H BBQ]

Hey all, had some CSR's in the freezer that needed used up ! So, here we go..

Seasoned two with garlic powder & two with Owen's Buffalo Wing Seasoning ! Let them marinade a bit in a ziplock before cooking !

Set up the kettle with KBB in the vortex & some apple pellets in the AMPS !

This was a quick cook, these were only on for bout an hour or so ! Then pulled just shy of toothpick tender, plated & foiled on the plate just to change things up a bit !

Had these with orange slices & a wedge of lettuce (SmokinAl has posted these a few times, so went with it) with some ranch dressing ! Simple meal, but was tasty !
