I`ve done CSRs in the Masterbuilt 30 about 5 times now and gone from UGH to not too bad...

I`ve pulled at a 170 IT, no foiling and they sucked badly.

I`ve pulled at 180 IT, no foiling and they sucked, not as badly..

This last time I pulled them at 170 IT, foiled and ran them up to 180 IT and so far, they were the best of the bunch.

Is 180 IT where I`m going wrong?

Should I be looking for a 190 or so IT.

I would really love to get them as tender as the spares and baby backs, but just can`t seem to get there yet.

Thanx Guys...

I was thinking the IT was low..hence..too low=tough..

Saved me from a few more questionable CSRs..and the hard looks from the crew.
