Once again I am trying them. I have a bunch of them from my beef.
Not alot of pics cause, well didn't take many.
Set up the vortex this way with RO lump and hickory chunks I cut from the farm.
Ribs on. Kettle temps, 300.
2 with t dust and 2 with my wife's seasoning of choice.
After 2 hours a put them in a pan with Lagar and covered them. Yea, I almost cried pouring beer in the pan.
After 2 hours panned I put them back on the grate for a hour.
Served up with waffle fries.
The flavor and the tenderness was perfect. Just can't get the fat cooked out. Maybe I feed my beef to well.
Anyway, thanks for looking.
