I thought I would do something nice for my wife for a change so on her birthday I decided to surprise her with some lunch after she got home from church. She likes all that feta florentine type stuff so Ahron's recipe for his fritata was the perfect thing.

Thanks Ahron. She loved it and ate the whole thing.

I saw that Fritata by Ahron. It is a nice one and we eat them all the time. I liek to make them myself and I'm glad that your wife likes them now. They are so easy to make and they look like they take alot of work to.

Nice job!

We love fritattas, and it is a great way to feed a crowd for breakfast.

Good luck and good smoking.
