Ryan have a look at @indaswamp thread or what I posted above. Mines a variations with some cheese to be like French Onion soup like. If you love onions these are game changers.

I remember Keith's thread now... also remember why I bought the couple bottles of B & V. For the life of me I couldn't remember what I was gonna make with them.
All this talk of onions, had to throw one on the kettle last night, wife, son and I devoured it!
