I got a few racks of ribs going,one dusted with Pigs Ass Rub the other with Arthur Bryant's got them both at an end of season sale.

Thanks WHB, not sure which rub was which,meant to snap a pic, but they were both great nobody went for sauce.
 
Cool idea using the rotisserie.  I've never seen that before for ribs.  What was you cooking chamber temp?  How long did you cook them?

It reminds me of the coil I use to fit slabs on my kettle.


Thanks, not sure the temp but the unverified but not stock therm in lid reads about 300. with two full charcoal baskets there done in three hours or a little less. I have seen a drum you can put three slabs on as well,two slabs are normally enough for us. Sometime I want to smoke then finish on the spit sometime but don't get a lot of fun time.
