Yesterday we provided dinner for another family. we smoked a Costco rotisserie chicken, after splitting it in half, in our MES @170F for 1 1/2 hours using apple pellets in an A-maz-n smoker . We trimmed off the wings but sent everything else. They were delicious. The family said the chicken was great. Since the chicken is already cooked and hot, I will try 135F the next time for our family. Has anyone else ever tried smoking Costco rotisserie chicken?
