That will absolutely work,I'd like mine to go...Man you're confused! This will be sandwiched between two pieces of rye, with homemade sauerkraut, homemade Russian dressing and a good piece of swiss.
Asking for mustard would get you banned in certain delis!
Surely won't get you banned from this one!
First pic on homepage....

Probably the most famous deli in the US.Don't get me wrong,I love a Reuben but the rye has to be seedless. The one New York deli we had here (no longer here now) the guy didn’t even allow mustard in his shop!

That's just sacrilege in itself! But we're not talkin' French's here either... A good home made spicy brown all the way! It's so easy to make too! In fact there's a batch brewin in my fridge that just hit 2 weeks today! I might even add some horseradish to some of it. I wouldn't turn down your Russian and Kraut version either though Case. It would be hard to choose between them actually.
Heck at this point I'll just take a couple plain slices to take the edge off while you make a Ruben.

It’s not just mustard. I had a deli refuse to put Pepperjack cheese on a Pastrami sandwich in Columbus, OH once.Man you're confused! This will be sandwiched between two pieces of rye, with homemade sauerkraut, homemade Russian dressing and a good piece of swiss.

BTW, I’ve written down your Russian Dressing recipe.
Wow, Case. That meat and sammie looks great.
