Anyone planning on making corned beef n cabbage since it's st patty's day soon? Usually I just boil it on the stove and throw everything in there but I'm looking for proven recipes and I also wonder if anyone threw it on the smoker for an hr or two to get some smoke before throwing it in the boil?
All I really know I will do is use a dark stout and boil it and then throw in the cabbage, taters etc.
