Corned beef breadless sandwich

I ended up just doing my cured corned beef in a crockpot this weekend. Came out really tasty and tender. I really wanted a corned beef on rye but off the bread right now. Made it with all my sandwich stuff and was good. Think gonna have to have a cheat day this weekend for some hash! Still got @Steve H griddle hash on my mind.

I ended up only eating half. This intermittent fasting doing its trick on me. Get full fast and stay full for hours.
