Big Jake and I had some friends from church come by for a good old-fashioned corn roast! We cooked up 3 cases of corn, and for those who like a little extra char, we fired up the grill and put some flame to it! Nothing beats good food, great fellowship, and time spent together.
It was a pretty good turn out.
In addition to the corn I cooked up some hotdogs and beans to keep it fun and simple.
After dinner we finished with a watermelon eating contest. We had 4 divisions, adults, teen and male and female youth. Each receiving a gift card to cold stone creamer. The evening was a blast. God is good.
