I got my Meat Grinder at Wallyworld, and it has done we well for the past few years.  I do not make much sausage these days, But this summer I will try making something, and I think that this recipe is the something.
Go for it! Either leave out the whole coriander or cut the amount in half. Other than that, these are fantastic sausages!

Thanks, Al! I just got my new VacuMaster, so I sealed it all up and popped it in the freezer, which has stopped my daily snacking on it. (Which is probably for the best...) Very tasty!
