Hell of a good looking pizza ray. Love it!.......beer and pizza me please

Thanks Jake! Get out my way and I'll beer and pie you right up! Sold my cabover camper a couple days back, doubt we'll make the TN gathering, but I'll surely be looking in! RAY

Ray, that was a swing and over the fence it went… Home run my friend! There is nothing about that pie that I don’t just absolutely love! Nicely done! 👍🏼

Thank you Justin! The boss is already looking forward to the next one, now I know to have the dough ready well in advance. Thank you for the Like Justin, it is greatly appreciated! RAY

Ray, that is truly a meat lovers pie if I have ever seen one.
Excellent!

And yeah, it's tough call between either a glass of cab or an ice cold RR.

Thanks Stu! I'm still getting compliments from Jan a day after she finished off her leftovers, there will be no going back from the fermented dough. Thanks for the Like amigo, much appreciated. RAY

Thanks clifish clifish ! Come to think of it, I've never seen capicola offered at a pizza joint, but then I haven't gone out to eat in over two years now. I'm going to bust a gobagool out of my freezer and start another, the stuff is too good to run out of. Thank you for the Like, I do appreciate it. RAY

Great looking Pizza Ray

I always try to make my dough a day ahead and let it do its trick in the fridge.

And I'm with you on a loaded up pizza , but some things I really like cannot takeover anymore than 3/4 of the pie. Or we just make 1 for each of us. lol

Good work and I bet happy eating, and any cold drink will do for me, Rum and coke .....

Thanks David! Heck yeah, a rum and coke would do just fine, haven't had one in years. I'll have to keep that in mind when the summer heat hits here, won't be long now. Thank you for the Like, I do appreciate it! RAY

Great looking Pizza Ray. You even got it round!

Thanks Brian! Round comes easy for me, I can't make a square pizza to save my life. Thanks for the Like, I appreciate it! RAY

Yes we do, Ray. Love my Spaniels and that's Lucy in my avatar. She's a Springer/Boykin mix and has all four paws firmly planted on my heart.

My little guy is Bob. He's my third bench springer, first male. The first two I taught to hunt, last one had over a thousand birds under her belt before going to doggie heaven at the age of 13. Bob would be a great field dog, tho all he's called on to do these days is protect the backyard from dove invasion and cuddle up in bed at night, spoiled rotten, he's the love of our life!
